Devil's Lair Winery takes it name from the nearby Devil's Lair cave, veiled amongst the hills of Margaret River - an prehistoric, inexplicable place well-known to have been settled as long as 40,000 years ago. Fossil remains of the elusive Tasmanian Devil revealed on the site are believed to be the origin of the cave's name.
Devil's Lair forms part of the Great Estates that produce wines of the highest quality by calling from the finest wine growing region of Margaret River. This strongly maritime-influenced atmosphere is not unlike to Bordeaux in a dry vintage; consequently the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
