A new project from the family who owns Fattoria Le Pupille. This is a spectacular wine that is a blend of seventy percent Sangiovese Grosso and thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards situated in the sweet hills of Castiglione della Pescaia, Scansano and Magliano of Toscana. The vineyards use the simple Guyot training system and are planted at a density of 6250 plants per hectare. The soil varies in composition but is predominantly sandy, with plenty of stones and low clay content.
