16 hectares purchased in 1996 in Willunga, South Australia now home to the family's Redwind vineyard. Purchased of two more vineyards in 1997 and 2001, Kurrawyba and Manjalda in McLaren Flat and McLaren Vale
Winemaker Kim Jackson started in February 2005, finishing the 2004 wines and is now responsible for the winemaking. Her main focus in wine making is on small batch fermentation of premium wines. Viticulturist, Peter Bolte working since 1997 with Shirvington. As vineyard manager for Shirvington, Peter is dedicated to producing grapes of the highest quality.
